My Journey of Transformation

After dedicating 34 years to the field of neuropathology, including 28 years at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, I decided to retire. My role as a neuropathologist involved diagnosing brain and spinal cord tumors and non-tumors. This daily examination of shapes and colors often paints somber pictures. However, amidst this journey, I discovered the solace of creative art. Painting, drawing, and photography became my refuge, where my life experiences, observations, and expressions converged to bring happiness.

Fostering Positivity Through Art

Every creation is aimed to transform ideas into positive elements, nurturing the human spirit. My artistic endeavors span various sizes, shapes, and media, allowing me to paint everything from pets and people to cells. I firmly believe that art and creativity are fundamental to our humanity. Art opens our hearts and minds to endless possibilities, igniting our imaginations. It's a process of self-discovery and a unique way of experiencing the world, keeping the magic of life alive.
